1. Making a Purchase These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the website and on the telephone. The placement of orders indicates you the customers acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your personal reference. To place an order through our website or on the phone you must be at least 18 years of age.

By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms set out, you may not use this site. We reserves the right at any time, to update, alter or modify these terms of use. Order Processing and Acceptance Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between My Home Hub Ltd and you (the customer) when the goods have dispatched. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been processed from you or at the point in time that you receive an order acknowledgement. Until the goods are despatched the order can be cancelled by you or My Home Hub Ltd with no reason necessary.

Whilst we try to ensure that pricing on the website is accurate at all times there may be instances where price increases out of our control take place and we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by this.

2. Description of Goods

All images, product descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are a guidance only. (Most manufacturers reserve the right to upgrade, update and change products without notice) We make sure all pictures represent the correct colour of the item but due to image lighting etc they may be small variations and we will not accept any responsibility for this.

3. Special Orders

Any orders that we deem as 'special order items' cannot be cancelled at any point, so please make sure they are what you require before purchasing them.

4. Payment and Price

Should any price increases come from manufacturers or taxes we reserve the right to change our website accordingly and refuse any order at the old pricing.

5. Delivery Information

We aim to deliver most products within 3-5 working days if possible. However the majority of the time they happen sooner. Please see our delivery information page.

If you are in a hurry for items please call us as express delivery can be arranged on most items at an additional cost.

Please Note, Customer must make sure there is someone at the delivery address to assist the driver if needed as some delivery methods only come with one driver.

We must be able to contact you during our working hours to book in any deliveries that need this.

Unfortunately due to courier costs if you live in any of the following postcodes the website will let you place an order and accept it but you will be required to make an additional delivery payment, we will try make sure the website will charge as accurately as possible but it will never be 100% exact.

**Scotland customers - Not all products on our website that go to Scotland are subject to a surcharge only a few are so please call us to check**

Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle Of White

Anyone wishing to place an order from outside the mainland UK will also require to make an additional delivery payment.

FREIGHT FORWARDER: If you are having goods delivered to a freight forwarder before it reaches you, we are only liable for the journey to them, once it is there it is up to you to make sure they check the goods as any damages will not be accepted.

Express Delivery: If we arrange a express delivery for you, we aim to deliver these 99% of the time within 2 working days but should situating out of our control stop this we are not liable. E.g Adverse Weather, Breakdowns, Force Majure Etc.

My Home Hub Ltd cannot stress enough that customers do not book tradesman till the good arrived and have been checked as if the items arrive damaged or are delayed we will not be responsible for there charges. Please make sure all contact information is given so there will be no issues getting a hold of you if this happens.

When a delivery is booked for large items we will always specify a day with you, should you not be in on the day agreed and it fails a re delivery charge will be applied and if you then choose to not proceed with the order you outward shipping will not be refunded.

If your item is not in stock we will inform you via telephone or email and put this on what we call a 'back order' so it comes to you as soon as it is available again. You have the right to cancel this item at any point until it has been dispatched.


6. Cancellations and Returns

If it is an item that is not advertised on our website but ordered in at a customers request we deem this as a 'special order' and is non returnable.

**Please note, toilet seats will not be accepted as a return if it is taken out of its cellophane packaging for hygiene reasons.

7. Guarantees

All our products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee which is stated in each items description.

8. Privacy Policy

We do not share information with any other company unless we advise otherwise. Data collected by this site is used to disclose information to third party courier for the sole purpose of delivering your goods and used to fulfil your order

We are not qualified plumber so any advice give is strictly based on knowledge or information given by suppliers, we do not accept liability if any information given is incorrect or causes damage.
